DXC partners with Virgin Pulse to offer the Healthy Behaviors Wellness program. If you enroll in a high-deductible health plan option for 2022 such as the Bronze, Bronze Plus, or Silver medical option, you may participate in the program and earn rewards in the form of company contributions to your HSA for completing certain wellness activities. If you do not have an HSA at the time you first earn rewards, a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) will be established for you, and your rewards will be credited there. Rewards for COBRA participants (former employees only) will be paid in the form of a payroll check (i.e. not as a deposit to an HSA or HRA).
Employees with Employee Only coverage under a Bronze, Bronze Plus, or Silver medical plan can earn up to $950 for 2022.
Employees with Employee + Spouse, Employee + Child(ren), or Employee + Family coverage under a Bronze, Bronze Plus, or Silver medical plan can earn up to $1,500 for 2022.
Activities include completing a biometric health screening, taking an online health check survey, speaking with a Health Consultant, and participating in and completing daily healthy activities.
IMPORTANT: The deadline to earn rewards is November 30, 2022. All activities must be received by Virgin Pulse by this date. We strongly encourage you to complete and submit your biometric screening as early in the year as possible.
